Returns & Exchanges

At DraculaClothing, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your gothic attire; if an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to the Lair

  Send your package via your preferred tracked courier to our central warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
